⚠️ Additional Services & Patients
Any additional service will incur a $50.00 additional service fee. This fee also applies to each additional patient seen at the same location.

⚠️ Travel & Convenience Fees
Our pricing includes travel within our standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply for appointments outside of our regular coverage area.

⚠️ Same-Day & Stat Appointments
Same-day, rush, or stat appointments are subject to an additional fee and are based on availability.

⚠️ Laboratory Fees
Touch of Texas Mobile Phlebotomy Services provides specimen collection services. Laboratory testing fees are billed separately through the ordering laboratory or healthcare provider unless otherwise specified.

⚠️ Appointment Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

⚠️ Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major forms of payment for your convenience.

⚠️ Testing Orders Required
A valid laboratory order from a licensed healthcare provider is required for most laboratory collections. Self-pay testing options is also available.
