Our Story
It started with a small vision. One that didn’t feel like a business at first, but a simple thought that kept coming back to us:
“What if getting lab work could be simple, stress-free, and brought right to you?”
We saw it everywhere in our years in the health care field. Patients missing appointments because of transportation, busy families putting off important labs, and people delaying care simply because the system wasn’t built around real life.
So we decided to change that in our own way.
From that small vision, Touch of Texas Mobile Phlebotomy Services was born—built by two healthcare professionals who believed there had to be something better than rushed visits, long wait times, and stressful lab days. We wanted to create a service that felt different the moment we showed up—calm, respectful, and centered around the patient.
We didn’t start with everything figured out. We started with a car, a route, and a commitment to show up for people the right way. Making sure to be on time, prepared, and with care that never felt rushed. One patient turned into a few. A few turned into families, and providers who trusted us again and again.
And slowly, that small vision became something bigger than we imagined.
Today, we serve Austin, San Antonio and surrounding communities, but our purpose is still the same. We’re here to make healthcare feel more human again. To bring the lab to people in a way that feels easy, reliable, and personal. To take something clinical and make it feel cared for.
Because to us, it’s never just a blood draw.
It’s a moment of trust. A moment of care. A moment where someone feels looked after, not overlooked.
And that’s the vision we still carry every single day.
Even now, as we continue to grow across Texas we still hold onto that same beginning. That small vision. That simple belief that healthcare should feel easier, kinder, and more personal.
We haven’t changed who we are.
And we’re still just getting started.
